Helgeland Hospitals have started training personnel at Gruben and Selfors and are currently recruiting patients and healthy volunteers. They hope to start recording lung sounds as soon as possible.
Since December 2021, the new clinical project leader is Dr. Jon Våbenø. As a pharmaceutical scientist with a Ph.D, he is maintaining the Norwegian regulatory applications. Additionally, they have a new lung physician, MD. Tørris Sjøset, who is responsible for the clinical monitoring of patients at Gruben and Selfors care homes, alongside the contributions by the wonderful nurses there.
